wear it pink is Breast Cancer Campaign’s biggest fundraising event, which takes place on Friday 26th October, ‘the pinkest day of the year’.
Each year, businesses, schools, colleges, and individuals throughout the country are encouraged to wear pink and donate £2 each to fund Campaign’s innovative world-class breast cancer research. Anyone and everyone can take part whether they discretely wear pink socks or turn up to work in a tutu!

About Breast Cancer Campaign
Breast Cancer Campaign’s mission is to beat breast cancer by funding innovative world-class research to understand how breast cancer develops, leading to improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure.
At Breast Cancer Campaign, everyone can BE PART OF THE CURE. We are a unique community of scientists, supporters and people touched by breast cancer.
Together we make Pink Science happen – our pioneering approach to breast cancer research trusts scientific experts to identify the research work with the greatest potential to save and improve lives and, ultimately, find a cure for breast cancer.
The charity is currently supporting 101 research projects worth over £17.2 million in 34 centres of excellence across the UK and Ireland.
